Have You Had an Unexpected Chance Meeting?

Blog 5
I am a newbie.
In my last couple of blogs I described an unexpected meeting with an old friend.
I related how one of my good friends recently drove me to an old co-workers home.
My driver had no idea I knew who lived in the house to which he was taking me.
This truly — chance meeting — was also a total surprise to me.
I had not seen my co-worker in 15 years.
My evening’s driver did not know my co-worker at all.
He was heading to pick up a package and I simply was riding along.
How do so many things come together, at random, (it seems)
to bring these rare “WOW” events into our lives?
I can tell dozens of these rare meeting stories.
Some people call them “Micro-Chance” happenings.
Many of the stories I know are much rarer than the one described in my past blog.
Friends and people I’ve met have told me similar stories from their own lives.
Has something like this ever happened to you?
Have you had a rare event where you unexpectedly ran into an old acquaintance ?
Have such meetings ever been hundreds or even thousands of miles from home?
If you’ve had similar experiences — write me — I’d love to hear your story too.
For some reason, these stories seem to “stick” with me for a long time.
